1.2 Personal data - information about a natural person identified or identifiable by one or more specific factors that determine physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, including device IP, Internet ID and information collected through cookies and other similar technology.

1.4 RODO - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

3.1.3. to answer questions, provide requested offers and conduct correspondence in order to settle the matter, based on your consent and the administrator's legitimate interest in fulfilling users' requests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) RODO).

B) Contact form

3.2. The Administrator provides the possibility to contact him using an electronic contact form. Using the form requires providing Personal Data necessary to contact the User and respond to the inquiry. The User may also provide other data to facilitate contact or handling of the inquiry. Provision of data marked as mandatory is required in order to accept and service the inquiry, and failure to provide such data will result in the impossibility of service. Provision of other data is voluntary.

Personal data is processed for the purpose of identifying the sender and handling his/her inquiry sent via the form provided - the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the service contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO); with regard to data provided optionally, the legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).

3.4. The User's personal data may also be used by the Administrator to direct marketing content to the User through various channels, i.e. via e-mail, via MMS/SMS. Such activities are undertaken by the Administrator only if the User has given his/her consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

3.5.1. w for the purpose of sending requested commercial information - the legal basis for processing, including using profiling, is the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO) in connection with consent;

3.5.2. w analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis of the processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) RODO), consisting in conducting analyses of Users' activity on the Website in order to improve the applied functionalities.

4.1. The Administrator within the Service uses cookies. The purposes and rules regarding the use of cookies can be found in the Cookie Policy.

5 Period of processing of Personal Data

Your personal data will be kept until you withdraw your consent or until the case is settled, and then until the expiration of the statute of limitations for the parties' claims related to its execution. 

Data related to web traffic analysis collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies never expire, so the length of time the data is stored will be equivalent to the time necessary for the administrator to fulfill the purposes of data collection, such as ensuring security and analyzing historical data related to site traffic.

7. obligation or voluntariness of providing data 

7.1. Provision of data by you for the purpose of handling the case is voluntary, but necessary. Failure to provide them may make it difficult or impossible to process your case.

7.2. Provision of data necessary for static analysis of users of the Website is voluntary. You may use the so-called incognito mode to browse the Site without providing the Administrator with information about your visit to the Site. Using the incognito mode, and therefore not providing data, does not affect your ability to use the Website.

8 Recipients of Personal Data

8.1. W In connection with the performance of services, Personal Data will be disclosed to external entities, including, in particular, IT service providers that allow the proper use of the Website.

The Administrator conducts a risk analysis on an ongoing basis to ensure that Personal Data is processed by the Administrator in a secure manner - ensuring, first and foremost, that only authorized persons have access to the data and only to the extent necessary due to the tasks they perform. The Administrator ensures that all operations on Personal Data are recorded and performed only by authorized employees and associates.

10.2. The Administrator shall take all necessary measures to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities also provide guarantees to apply appropriate security measures whenever they process Personal Data on behalf of the Administrator.
